 Barber's Book Store is the oldest bookstore in Texas, founded 1925. Some sections include Texana, military history, nautical, and exploration, Civil War, art, cookbooks, detective stories, sci fi, hunting, fishing, children's, Christianity, and rare. He ran Barber's from 1960 until his death.
